Curious about why models work?
BODHI Lab is building a small, collaborative group of PhD students, postdocs, Master's students and undergraduates who enjoy both machine learning and biology. You do not need to be an expert in both; you need to care about getting the explanation right.
Postdocs
Lead a research direction
Recent PhDs in machine learning, computational biology or genomics. Applicants with, or applying for, a fellowship are especially welcome; funded openings will be posted here.
Master's students
Work on a real question
Stony Brook Master's students can join a project for a thesis, independent study or research credit.
Research interns
Start with a question
Undergraduates and visiting students with programming experience and curiosity about biology are welcome. In line with university rules and regulations, we are happy to discuss remote projects with international applicants.

Build together
Researchers in academia and industry working on omics, clinical data or interpretable AI: we would like to hear from you.
